1. The wall thickness size error of the circumferential section of the pipe is large: the concentricity accuracy of the mouth mold and the mandrel in the forming mold is poor after assembly, so that the melt flow channel gap between the two parts is uneven, and the concentricity accuracy of the two parts should be adjusted.

2. Pipe brittleness: too much moisture or volatiles in the raw materials, the raw materials should be dried, the compression ratio of the forming mold is small, and the compression ratio of the mold to the melt molding should be appropriately improved. The size of the straight section between the die and the mandrel is too small, so that the pipe blank has a more obvious longitudinal melt fusion line, the strength of the PP pipe is reduced, and the mold structure should be re-modified.

3. The outer surface of the pipe is rough and dull: the temperature control of the mold in the forming mold is unreasonable, and the process temperature of too high or too low will affect the quality of the outer surface of the pipe.

4. There are streaks or scratches on the surface of the pipe: the surface of the die in the forming mold is scratched or hung up. The working surface of the smooth die should be repaired, the residual material should be removed, the distribution of the small round holes of the vacuum sizing sleeve is unreasonable or the aperture specifications are not uniform, and tiny stripes appear, and the arrangement of the vacuum hole of the sizing sleeve should be improved.
