2. After the HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe pipe is laid, if the pipe wall is partially damaged due to unexpected factors, paste repair measures can be taken when the area of the damaged part or the length and width of the crack do not exceed the specified level.

3. When there is a crack in the pipe wall, when the crack length is not more than 1/12 of the pipe circumference, a plate with a length greater than the crack length plus 100mm and a width of not less than 60mm and the same material as the pipe can be pasted at the crack. The two ends of the plate should be cut into an arc

4. When the hole of the pipe wall is partially damaged and the hole is 20~100mm, the PVC plastic adhesive solvent can be pasted on the outside of it with a hole not less than the hole to a large size plus a round plate of the same material as l00mm. The curved plate cut from the corresponding part of the pipe with the same diameter should be used, and the inside of the outer plate should also be cleaned first, and the base surface should be coated with cyclohexanone and then coated with adhesive solvent.

6. The water in the pipeline should be discharged before repairing. Use a scraper to smooth and trim the damaged part of the pipe wall, and clean it with water, remove the ribs within the patching range of the special-shaped wall pipe, and then grind it with sandpaper or a file.

7. To take repair measures for the damaged pipeline, the construction unit shall obtain the consent of the management unit and the on-site supervision personnel in advance, and the damage that appears at the bottom of the pipe shall also obtain the consent of the design unit before implementation.

8. After the pipeline repair is completed, the hollowed out part of the bottom of the pipe is backfilled with coarse sand according to the requirements of the support angle.

9. If the leakage repair measures such as electrode welding or chemical water-stopping agent are used, they can only be implemented after obtaining the consent of the management unit.
