Product Overview
The high-density polyethylene (HDPE) winding reinforced pipe is mainly made of HDPE resin as raw material, and polypropylene (PE) corrugated pipe is used as the skeleton pipe, which is made by winding molding process. According to the cross-section, its structure can be divided into three series: PR, SQ and VW. The diameter of the product is 300-3500mm, the standard pipe length is 6m, and the product is characterized by a smooth inner surface and a special-shaped reinforced structure on the outside.
The production process of HDPE winding reinforced pipe is to load the raw materials into the stirring device according to a certain ratio for stirring, and after being mixed evenly, they are sent to the intermediate silo for storage through the vacuum feeding device, and then sent to the extruder by the vacuum feeding device for heating, plasticization, and homogenization, and then extruded into a flat material belt and an arc material belt for covering the PP skeleton pipe through the runner and die respectively, and are wound on the rotating mold surface at equal distances, so as to prepare products of various structural forms. The product and the mold are lifted to the cutting equipment together, cooled and cut the socket and socket end according to the specified size, and then hoisted to the demoulding table to demould the product. After the demolded products are trimmed on the inner and outer surfaces, the metal electric fuse is embedded at the socket end for inspection and packaging. The production process of this product is unique, the product is quickly changed, and only need to replace the molds and dies of different specifications, and the HDPE winding reinforced pipes of different specifications can be produced according to the user's requirements within 6m of pipe length.

The weight of the unit pipe length is only 1/6 of the steel pipe, 1/8 of the cast iron pipe, and 1/13 of the cement pipe, which makes the construction operation safer and can reduce the labor intensity of workers.

Under the same diameter, the use of HDPE winding reinforced pipe can reduce the slope and reduce the amount of laying work; In terms of tightness, the connection of HDPE spiral reinforced pipe is firm, reliable and leak-free; Moreover, the toughness and elasticity are good, the chemical properties are stable, it can resist the corrosion of various acids and alkalis, has excellent wear resistance, and the service life can reach more than 50 years.

Because the pipe has good flexibility macroscopically, it is the load-bearing structure of the system of "pipeline and soil filling", and has strong rigidity in the local pipe section, therefore, in the pipeline construction process, there is no need to set up concrete cushion or concrete pipe base, and can be laid directly in the trench, and can basically be done while excavating, while the pipe is down, and the backfill is achieved, the construction period is saved, the construction procedure is simplified, manpower and material resources are saved, and the economic and social benefits are significant.

(2) Folding laying requirements
In the construction, laying cement pipes generally requires setting up pipe bases, and at the same time, it is necessary to maintain the cement pipe connections in order to make the construction and installation of pipelines meet the quality requirements. The laying of HDPE winding reinforced pipe does not need to set the pipe base in the construction, and only needs to lay the bottom of the groove after slotting. Because the interface of HDPE winding reinforced pipe adopts electric fuse embedded mode, the connection speed is fast, taking the pipe with a diameter of 1000mm as an example, the welding time of the two pipes is only 17-20min, which greatly improves the construction speed, shortens the construction period, and the amount of earthwork required to excavate is greatly reduced compared with the earthwork quantity of cement pipe. Therefore, although its price is higher than that of cement pipes, practical experience at home and abroad has proved that the total project cost of using HDPE winding reinforced pipes is often lower than that of traditional cement pipes, and the advantages of using large-diameter HDPE winding reinforced pipes in narrow sections of construction sites are more obvious.
