Product Overview
The U-shaped steel strip composite PE material is used, so that the pipe can greatly improve the ring stiffness without increasing the cost, and the strength of the pipe is greatly improved compared with the winding pipe and carat pipe under the same weight. It can solve a series of problems such as heavy load, and the advantages of large-diameter pipes are more obvious, and the diameter of the production pipes is from DN300mm to DN2400mm, and the ring stiffness is maintained above 8KN/m2, which is lighter in weight and higher in strength than cement pipes and other plastic pipes.
The lamination of the layers is carried out in the molten state of the plastic; It is completely different from the secondary melting of spiral wound pipes (hollow-walled pipes), so the layers are completely bonded to each other and have a very high fastness.
The surface of the steel strip is specially pre-treated to enhance the anti-corrosion ability of the steel and the adhesion of the steel and plastic, and improve the peel strength. It is wound and formed in the state of full melting of plastic raw materials, and the overall structure of the pipe is firm and reliable. Due to the use of special materials and processes, it not only solves the problem of anti-corrosion of steel plates, but also solves the adhesion between steel plates and PE materials, so that the service life of the pipeline is the same as that of pure plastic pipes, which is guaranteed to be more than 50 years.
