Connection: Butt with hot melt welding with a welding machine, the welding point is about 200 degrees, not more than 220 degrees, when the temperature is reached, the two ends can be docked. (Because the connection method of MPP pipe is hot melt welding, the welding joint is not good, which will damage the cable or may be flattened, so the MPP power pipe must be made of new materials)

Construction instructions

● During the transportation and construction of pipes, it is strictly forbidden to throw, impact, scratch and expose to the sun arbitrarily.

● When the hot melt is docked, the axis of the two pipes should be aligned, and the end face should be cut vertically and flat.

● The processing temperature, time, pressure and climate conditions will be adjusted accordingly.

● The minimum bending radius of the pipe should be ≥75 pipe outer diameter.
